Ingredients

  • puff pastry - 2 sheets
  • fresh ravioli - 1.1 lb (500 g) with smoked meat
  • processed cheese - 0.9 lb (400 g) Philadelphia
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g) grated
  • milk - 3 tbsp.
  • walnuts - 2.5 oz (70 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • basil - 4 fresh leaves
  • egg yolks - 2 pcs. for spreading

How to make

Cook ravioli according to the instructions on the package. Fresh ravioli are boiled for 2-3 minutes.

Put them in a colander to drain the water.

In a bowl, mash the Philadelphia, milk, salt and basil. Add the grated cheese. Chop the walnuts finely and add them to the mixture.

Add the strained ravioli and mix gently. Turn on the oven and set it to 390°F (200°C) to heat up.

Place one sheet puff pastry in a floured baking pan. Pour the mixture over it and spread it evenly.

Cover it with the other sheet of puff pastry. With your fingers, press the edges of the two sheets of puff pastry together to seal the stuffing.

Mix the egg yolks and spread the pastries. Wait for the yolk to dry and make slits on the top sheet with a sharp knife.

Put them in the heated oven and bake for about 30 minutes until the dough is baked.

The puff pastry ravioli are very tasty.
