How to make
The broccoli for the casserole are torn into florets. Blanch them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then immediately place them into cold water.
Strain and arrange them on the bottom of a greased small pan. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
In a bowl, mash the blue cheese with a fork. Crack the two eggs and beat along with the cheese. Add the sour cream, stir the mixture and pour it over the broccoli.
The vegetarian casserole is baked in an oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes.
