How to make
Cut the broccoli into pieces and blanch them in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Then strain and cover them with cold water.
Grease a baking pan with a little olive oil and arrange the broccoli all over the surface of the baking pan.
Beat the eggs with salt and successively add the sour cream, the cottage cheese and half of the cheddar (cut into small cubes or grated) to them.
Add the pressed garlic cloves, olive oil and black pepper and mix.
Pour this mixture over the broccoli and sprinkle them with the remaining cheddar.
Place the broccoli casserole in the oven at 360°F (180°C) for 30 minutes, until the broccoli casserole is aquires an appetizing color.
