How to make

For this vegetarian casserole, peel and cut the potatoes into circles, which are about 1 cm thick.

Boil the potato circles, until they're semi-cooked in salted water and strain them.

Boil the broccoli, cut into florets, lightly (for approximately 5 minutes) and strain them.

In a baking pan of suitable size, spread oil on the bottom and arrange the potato circles.

Add the broccoli on top and arrange the pieces of processed cheese evenly.

Make a topping from the beaten eggs, cream and spices and pour the products into the baking pan.

Sprinkle grated yellow cheese on top of the potato casserole and bake at 390°F (200°C), until it aquires a golden color.

The Vegetarian Broccoli and Potato Casserole is served with your favorite vegetarian salad.
