  • potatoes - 1.7 lb (800 g)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • parmesan - 9 oz (250 g), sliced
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)

How to make

Boil the potatoes for about 20 minutes until they soften. Allow them to cool completely.

The oven is preheated to 390°F (200 degrees). Grease a baking dish with oil. The potatoes are cut into 0.4″ (1 cm) circles.

Arrange them in layers and add butter and Parmesan on each layer. Pour milk over the products. Bake for about 25 minutes.
