How to make
Cut the meat into small cubes.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the pork. Add the finely chopped leeks, peppers, and carrots. Stew briefly and remove from heat.
Pour them into a clay pot casserole and add the diced potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, finely chopped parsley, savory and add the tomatoes.
Mix everything well and pour hot water, covering around 1/3 of the products.
Put the casserole in a cold oven and cook for about an hour and a half at 360°F (180 degrees).
