How to make

Knead a soft dough from the flour, water, egg and salt. Roll out the dough. Using a glass, cut out circles.

Prepare the stuffing by mixing minced meat, garlic and onions. Blend and add the dry spices.

Add the meat to the warm broth, add the fresh spices and stir. Leave for 1 hour.
