How to make

Wash, peel and grate the tomatoes.

We wash hot peppers, remove the stems and cut them into rings.

Pour the tomatoes into a pot with a thick bottom, add the peppers. Add the dry spices, turn on the heat to medium and boil for about 1 hour, by stirring constantly.

Add finely chopped fresh spices, pressed garlic and boil for another 10 minutes.

Blend the products and distribute the adjika in 3 jars of 5.3 oz (150 g). You can sterilize them.

If you are not a fan of that much spiciness, you can replace the hot peppers with regular ones and add just a few hot peppers.

The Traditional Georgian Adjika is wonderful!
