How to make
Boil the red beans pre-soaked in water from the night before.
Cut the onion into crescents and lightly fry half in the oil. Marinate the other half with salt and a little vinegar.
Mix all the ingredients in the salad bowl, season with vinegar, oil, sprinkle with coriander leaves.
The Bean Salad is ready.
You can serve the Georgian red bean salad on its own or as a garnish for grilled meat.
