"You can serve the Georgian Red Bean Salad on its own or as a side dish to steaks or meatballs."

Ingredients

  • red beans - 1 cup
  • red onion - 1 onion
  • crushed walnuts - 1 tbsp.
  • coriander - 2 tbsp. chopped leaves
  • peppers - 2 tbsp. finely chopped red pepper
  • grape vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • himalayan salt - 1 pinch
  • black pepper - 1 pinch

How to make

Boil the red beans pre-soaked in water from the night before.

Cut the onion into crescents and lightly fry half in the oil. Marinate the other half with salt and a little vinegar.

Mix all the ingredients in the salad bowl, season with vinegar, oil, sprinkle with coriander leaves.
