  • potatoes - 7 oz (200 g) boiled
  • mayonnaise - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • mustard - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • yoghurt - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • salt
  • olive oil

How to make

Make a sauce using the mayonnaise, mustard and yoghurt, which is then seasoned with salt and olive oil.

Pour it on the sliced boiled potatoes. You can put finely chopped pickles or roasted peppers in the potatoes.
