How to make

The torn leaves of various salads are placed at the bottom of a salad plate.

The rusks are broken into pieces on top. For this salad, they need to be barley, but they can be replaced with others.

Cut the tomatoes into cubes or small pieces and place them on the breadcrumbs along with the chopped red onion.

The marinated capers, black olives and diced white cheese are added to the salad.

Best suited for this Greek salad is Feta cheese.

In a small bowl, mix as much salt as you want, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper and oregano.

Mix well and pour the resulting dressing over the Cretan Salad, after which it is ready to be served.
