How to make
Shred the broccoli into florets and blanch it for 1-2 minutes in boiling water. Then immediately rinse with cold water.
Heat the olive oil and briefly fry the almonds. Add the broccoli, cover and shake the pan. After 3 minutes, remove from the heat and transfer everything to a plate.
Pour in the lemon juice and vinegar, sprinkle it with a little salt and pepper to taste and serve it.
