How to make
Broccoli are suitable for boiling, baking and stewing, as well as eating raw. Fresh, crunchy and healthy, they make one of the tastiest salads.
Wash the vegetable well, cut it into florets and put it in the jug of a blender.
Peel the apple, clean it from the seeds and put it in pieces to the broccoli. Peel, chop and add the red onion.
Put all the other ingredients - the freshly squeezed juice of one lemon (not very large), salt, olive oil, black pepper (must be freshly ground, as the ready-made one is very powdery and has a different flavor). Set aside some of the seeds to sprinkle on the finished salad at the end.
Turn on the appliance at medium speed for a few seconds. The broccoli salad is ready!
Yes, everything can be chopped and mixed by hand instead of in the appliance and that is an option. But it's definitely easier in the blender, it's done in seconds and the ingredients mix and combine much better, which makes the salad definitely better flavored.
You only have to be careful when grinding, so that the pieces do not become too small. This depends on your device and you should know it well. In my case - I used the Thermomix at level/speed 5 for 3 seconds. When I open the lid and it seems to me that there are larger pieces than I want, I turn it on for another three seconds.
