How to make
Coarsely chop the well-washed florets of broccoli (without the stem), as well as the spring onions.
Place them in a large bowl along with the cranberries, pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
Grab a thin, sharp knife and cut the grapefruits first in half lengthwise down the middle, then into quarters.
Cut each quarter into two more pieces. Then insert the knife between the juicy core of the citrus and cut the peel without trying to to do it perfectly, by leaving some of the fruit on the peel (this way there will certainly be no white parts and skin).
Remove the seeds, if any, then cut them into smaller pieces.
It is desirable to cut the fruit in a container, which can collect the juice that will be released, as we will use it for the dressing.
Also squeeze the citrus peels into the same container. Add the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, salt and finely chopped chives.
Finely chopped fresh dill is usually added to this dressing, but I have not added it as it is not to my taste.
Add the pieces of grapefruit to everything else, pour the prepared dressing mixture and mix the crunchy and delicious salad well.
Serve the vitamin salad and enjoy this great taste with many health benefits.
The grapefruit and raw broccoli salad is ready.
