Ingredients

  • broccoli - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • cashews - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • mandarins - 1 - 2, small
  • bacon - 3 oz (80 g)
  • curry
  • soya sauce - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • lemon juice - 1 - 2 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon

How to make

Wash the broccoli, divide it into small florets and put it to cook for a bit on steam. Thus, it will retain its rich green color. Prepare a dressing from the soya sauce, lemon juice and olive oil, stir and add the separated pieces of mandarins, to briefly soak in it.

Meanwhile, heat a few drops of olive oil in a pan and put the cashews to fry. Put the broccoli in a large bowl, add the cashews, the bacon, chopped into small pieces, and pour on the marinade and mandarins over the salad.

Stir and serve.
