Ingredients

  • cauliflower - 9 oz (250 g)
  • broccoli - 9 oz (250 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • pickles - 1 pc.
  • spring onions
  • dill
  • For the dressing
  • soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp.
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
  • black pepper
  • salt

How to make

Grate the carrot on a coarse grater. Cut the onion and cucumber into thin slices.

Cut the cleaned cauliflower and broccoli into small florets. They are blanched in boiling water and after 1-2 minutes they are removed from the water and cooled under running water.

Strain and set them aside to cool.

The prepared vegetables are mixed. They are seasoned with the dressing prepared from the specified products.

Mix the vegetable salad, place it on a serving plate and sprinkle it with finely chopped dill.

The Cauliflower and Broccoli Salad is ready.
