How to make
Put the cauliflowers to boil until almost softened and then drain it well.
Heat the olive oil in a large, deep saucepan and braise the chili peppers, garlic and anchovies, stirring until you can smell their aroma.
Add the cauliflower and continue stirring. Then remove from the heat and add the parsley and lemon juice.
Season with salt to taste and serve with lemon slices.
