How to make
Salt the mackerel.
Mix the olive oil, honey and lemon juice. Finely chop the chili, ginger and garlic. Add the spicy spices into the olive oil mixture. Mix.
Marinate the mackerel and leave it like that for about an hour.
Arrange the mackerel on a tray lined with baking paper.
Fry the fish in a preheated oven, until it aquires a golden brown color.
Garnish the oven-baked mackerel with dill and lemon before serving.
