How to make
Clean the mackerel and cut it in half lengthwise. Wash it well and dry it.
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, freshly squeezed juice of 1/3 lemon, salt, black pepper and finely chopped a few leaves of fresh lovage.
Mix well and coat the fish with this aromatic mixture.
Place them on a tray lined with baking paper and arrange lemon slices on top.
Pour the rest of the marinade over them and bake them in a heated oven at 390°F (200°C) for 20-30 minutes.
Serve this delicious and quick-to-prepare baked fish with lovage and lemon with a suitable side dish.
