How to make
Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
Pour the olive oil in a pan. Heat the pan and saute the garlic cloves (whole), until they turn golden brown. Remove them from the pan.
Add the cauliflower into the garlicky olive oil, saute for a couple of minutes, while stirring. Pour in the warm water.
Cover the pan with a lid and simmer, until the cauliflower is cooked.
Add the pitted olives and cook for 5 more minutes.
Place the salad in a bowl. Season with chopped parsley and sprinkle with pepper flakes.
You can serve the Warm Cauliflower and Olives Salad as a main course or as a side dish for grilled meat.
