How to make
Fry the bacon. The slices of bread are cut into cubes and seasoned with olive oil, salt, mixed herbs and paprika.
Bake them at 360°F (180 degrees) until they aquire a golden color. The vegetables for the rich green salad are washed. The lettuce is chopped, as well as the cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
The salad dressing is prepared by squeezing the lemon juice, adding olive oil, salt, black pepper and mustard.
Mix it very well. Arrange the green salad with avocado and bacon in a large plate or bowl, by adding all of the other ingredients and seasoning it with the dressing.
