Ingredients

  • green salad - 3.5 oz (100 g) mixed leaves
  • prosciutto cotto - 2 - 3 slices
  • avocado - 1 large
  • cherry tomatoes - about 8 small tomatoes
  • brie cheese - 2.1 oz (60 g)
  • sunflower seeds - 2 - 3 tbsp. raw or lightly toasted
  • olive oil - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • balsamic vinegar - spray

How to make

Favorite green salad that I often make for dinner in the summer.

Wash and let the salad leaves drain from the water.

Cut the prosciutto kotto into thin strips, halve the tomatoes.

Peel, clean and cut the avocado, and cut the brie cheese into random sized pieces.

Place the lettuce in a bowl and mix with half the peeled sunflower seeds, olive oil and salt to taste.

Place prosciutto on top, arrange the tomatoes in salad and the brie. Sprinkle with more sunflower seeds and spray generously with balsamic vinegar spray. (You can also cover the tomatoes with a drizzle of olive oil and add a little salt).

Serve the Green Salad with Prosciutto Cotto, Avocado and Brie with a glass of wine.
