How to make
Clean the shrimp and put them in a bowl. Squeeze the juice of 1/2 lime over them, add a pinch of salt, a pinch of black pepper and mix.
Chop or shred the green salad and put it in a bowl. Add the chopped avocado, chopped coriander and tomatoes.
Heat some olive oil and briefly fry the shrimp. Take them out and leave them to cool.
Add a pinch of hot paprika, a pinch of black pepper, honey, olive oil, salt and the juice of the remaining lime in a bowl.
Mix well and pour this dressing over the salad. Add the shrimp and stir.
Sprinkle with pine nuts.
The green salad with shrimp and avocado is very tasty.
