How to make
Cut the avocado lengthwise into eighths. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, the peppers into slices, and onion into small pieces.
Shred the lettuce in a large bowl, add the arugula, sliced radishes and other vegetables. Top with the pieces of avocado.
Add a salad dressing of vinegar, olive oil and flax, sprinkle it with some dill and parsley and serve.
