How to make
Hard boil the eggs.
In a suitable bowl, put 1 cup of yogurt, 1/2 cup of mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons of mustard.
Peel the boiled eggs, finely chop the egg whites and crumble the yolks lightly.
Add the egg whites and yolks to the yoghurt, add finely chopped leeks, 1 pinch of black pepper and as much salt as you like.
Mix everything carefully and transfer the finished egg salad into a suitable plate and garnish it with olives in the middle.
