Ingredients

  • beans - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • leek - 2 sprigs
  • lemons - 2 pcs.
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • baking soda
  • oil

How to make

The beans are boiled by discarding three waters and boiling them in a fourth fresh water.

Add three pinches of baking soda after they start boiling, in order to cook well.

Finely chop the leek and add it to the boiled and strained beans.

Squeeze the lemons and pour the juice over the beans and leeks.

Add as much salt and ground black pepper as you like and a little oil.

Stir and the bean salad is ready for consumption.
