  • white beans - 9 oz (250 g) boiled
  • pickles - 3 pcs.
  • red onion - 1/2 onion
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • parsley
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste

How to make

Quick, easy and delicious salad for the table.

Boil the white beans and diced carrot and strain them.

You can also use already boiled ones from a jar, but ours is not.

Add diced pickles, finely chopped parsley and red onion, cut into crescents.

Season the special bean salad with salt, oil, apple cider vinegar and mix well.

Cool it to room temperature and serve the Bean Salad with Pickles and Carrots!
