  • tomato paste - 2 jars
  • ketchup - 1 pack.
  • carrots - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • pickles - 2 jars
  • peas - 1 can
  • corn - 1 can
  • mushrooms - 2 jars
  • butter - 2 1/2 cups (600 g)
  • salt - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • vinegar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • black pepper - kernels
  • bay leaf - 1 packet

How to make

Boil the beans. Boil the carrots a bit and cut them into cubes. Make a marinade from the oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, black pepper and bay leaf, boil until the salt and sugar dissolve.

Put the carrots in the marinade to boil for a bit. Mix everything together in a large dish. Sterilize.
