How to make
Boil the quinoa in a ratio of 1:3 salted water. Strain and mix it with olive oil, so that the grains do not stick together.
While it cools slightly, chop the parsley very finely, grate the carrot on a fine grater and add to the quinoa.
Season with black pepper, salt, lemon juice and the dried onion and stir.
Shape the salad into a plate using a square or round ring.
You can serve the salad slightly hot or cold, it is tasty and healthy both ways!
