  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • quinoa - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • parsley - 3 - 4 tbsp. (finely chopped)
  • black pepper - 1 pinch (freshly ground)
  • lemon juice - 4 tbsp. (by to taste)
  • olive oil - 3 - 4 tbsp.
  • salt - by taste
  • dried onion powder - 1 pinch

How to make

Boil the quinoa in a ratio of 1:3 salted water. Strain and mix it with olive oil, so that the grains do not stick together.

While it cools slightly, chop the parsley very finely, grate the carrot on a fine grater and add to the quinoa.

Season with black pepper, salt, lemon juice and the dried onion and stir.
