Quinoa salad which is a very tasty and healthy salad.
The grated carrots are stewed in some olive oil along with the garlic and pepper. They are salted and seasoned with turmeric.
The walnuts are roasted in a dry pan and pounded in a mortar.
The cooked quinoa is mixed with some of the stewed vegetables and walnuts.
Place on a plate and make a wreath from the remaining stewed carrots.
The warm quinoa and carrot salad is flavored with dill, lemon and olive oil.
