How to make
Boil the couscous in salted water according to the instructions on the package.
Strain the boiled couscous and transfer it into a glass bowl.
Add the crushed garlic cloves.
Finely chop the strained pickles and add them to the couscous salad mixture.
Add the mayonnaise and chopped dill and mix the couscous salad.
Cover the bowl with cling film and refrigerate the couscous salad with pickles and mayonnaise.
When serving, form beautifully onto plates by pouring the salad into cling film covered bowls and turning them over.
