How to make
Wash the beans and put them to boil in a suitable pot.
During this time, finely chop the onion.
Once the beans are fully cooked (they should not be over cooked), strain them with a colander and season them.
Add the chopped red onion, mint, as much salt as you like, oil and vinegar to the beans.
Stir the bean salad well.
