"Delicious Bean Salad with red onions and walnuts that will stir your appetite!"

Ingredients

  • white beans - 14 oz (400 g) canned
  • walnuts - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • red onions - 1 pc small
  • carrots - 1 pc
  • gherkins - 3 - 4 pcs
  • lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper - a pinch
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • parsley

How to make

Strain and rince the beans in cold water. Strain again.

Chop the walnuts roughly.

Cook the carrot and chop it finely. Place the strained beans into a bowl.

Add the chopped carrot, salt, walnuts, and chopped onion.

Season the salad with one or two tbsp of lemon juice, a pinch of pepper, and a pinch of finely chopped parsley.

Drizzle with olive oil and mix all the ingredients together.

Transfer the salad into a serving dish.

Garnish with the chopped gherkins, walnuts and slices of red onion, and serve.
