Ingredients

  • chickpeas - 2 cups, canned
  • red onions - 1 head
  • lemons - 1
  • dill - 5 bunches
  • white pepper - 1/3 tsp, ground
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp
  • black pepper - 1/3 tsp, ground
  • sea salt - 2 pinches

How to make

Cut the onion into very thin slices. Wash the lemon very well with a brush and cut it into very thin slices.

Cut the dill finely. Put the chickpeas in a bowl, add the onion, lemon slices and dill.

Sprinkle with white and black pepper, then with salt and pour on the olive oil.

Stir and leave it for 40 min. in the refrigerator before serving.
