  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • red onions - 2 heads
  • garlic - 8 cloves
  • rosemary - 2 tbsp, fresh
  • black pepper

How to make

Heat the oven to 450°F (230 °C). Peel the potatoes and slice them. Dry them very well.

Melt the butter in an oven dish in the oven. Add the potatoes, red onions, rosemary and garlic.
