How to make
Blanch the cauliflower in boiling water for 6-7 minutes, until it softens.
Strain it, season it with salt, shake it well and leave it to cool.
Make a dressing from the cream, mustard and lemon juice.
Mix the cooled cauliflower with the cucumbers, eggs, pour over the prepared dressing, parsley, mix well, season the finished salad and leave it to cool completely.
Serve the blanched cauliflower salad with a dish or on its own.
