Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 - 3
  • olive oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste

How to make

Wash the zucchini and cut them into slices. Boil water in a pot and dip the zucchini for 30 seconds in it, until slightly softened.

Drain them and put them in a large bowl. Mix the oregano, oil and thyme and pour it over the blanched zucchini.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
