Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • cottage cheese - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • white cheese - 1.8 oz (50 g) feta
  • cheese - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • olives - 1.1 oz (30 g)
  • chickpea flour - 1.8 oz (50 g) + another 20 g for rolling (or another flour of choice)
  • salt - by taste
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.

How to make

Beat the eggs in a bowl, crumble the white cheese, grate the yellow cheese and cut the olives into pieces.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

From the resulting mixture the meatless patties with your hands and roll them in flour.

Arrange them in a tray onto baking paper and bake them in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C), until they're fully baked.

Serve cottage cheese and olive patties warm!
