Ingredients

  • zucchini - 2 pcs. about 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • cottage cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • yellow cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • breadcrumbs - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • garlic - 1 fresh clove
  • parsley - fresh
  • dill - fresh
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp. or oil

How to make

Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater and sprinkle with a little salt.

Put them in a colander for 30 minutes to drain.

Then squeeze them and add all the other products to them without the olive oil and mix well.

Form the resulting mixture into patties, which you place on a tray covered with baking paper.
