How to make
Clean the shrimp, remove their heads and shells.
Preheat the oven to 360°F (180°C).
Place the shrimp in a non-stick baking pan.
Add the butter, olive oil and finely chopped garlic cloves.
Drizzle with the soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Bake the shrimp for 15 minutes.
Add the lemon, which is cut into small pieces.
Stir and bake for another 2-3 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the shrimp with finely chopped fresh parsley.
Serve the blanched oven-baked shrimp with a glass of good wine!
