How to make
The salmon is washed and arranged into a baking pan. In a separate bowl, make the marinade from olive oil, soy sauce, water, honey, juice and finely chopped garlic.
Mix well and pour it over the salmon. Leave it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees). Before placing it in the oven add a little rosemary and basil.
Leave some of the marinade to top up during baking.
