How to make
Wash the fish and put it in a deep dish.
Add the olive oil, salt, black pepper and squeeze the lemon.
Cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge for a few hours.
Heat the oven to 390°F (200°C).
Put the salmon steak in a tray previously greased with olive oil.
If you wish, you can spread the salmon steak in the oven with a little oil, so that it browns more.
