How to make
Peel and cut the potatoes into slices or large crescents. Spread them out in a baking pan and mix them with olive oil, salt and spices. Put sliced garlic between the potato slices.
Pour about 1 cup of water and place them in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until they form a slightly golden crust (without toasting them too much).
Remove them from the oven and place the two pieces of fish on the potatoes, sprinkle them with salt, olive oil and only dried dill.
Bake them for about 10 minutes at the same degrees.
I like my salmon to be tender, but if you want it more toasted, increase the minutes a bit.
Serve the dish warm with fresh salad and slices of lemon if you like.
