How to make
1. Rub the fish with mustard, salt, sugar, dill, pepper and tarragon. Leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to marinate.
2. Preheat oven to 390°F (200 degrees).
3. Grease the bottom of a pan with two tablespoons of olive oil. Arrange the salmon fillets or cutlets and sprinkle with the remaining olive oil.
4. Put them in a preheated oven and bake for 25-26 minutes. If the fish is thinly sliced, reduce the cooking time so that it does not get too dry.
5. Serve the marinated oven baked salmon warm, garnished with lemon slices and fresh salad.
