How to make
The hake is washed, cleaned and sliced. Drain it well from the water. Cut the onion into crescents and press the garlic.
In a deep bowl, mix all of the ingredients for the fish marinade and stir to mix everything well. Place the fish in the marinade and stir.
Cover it with cling film and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours. Grab a tray and roll the marinated hake slices in flour and arrange them in the tray. Drizzle them with oil.
Between them put the marinaded onions and the spices.
The marinated hake is baked at 480°F (250 degrees), until it aquires a golden brown color.
