How to make
Finely chop the onion and stew it for 2-3 minutes in a deep pan. Add peeled and finely chopped tomatoes with a little salt and a pinch of sugar.
Once they soften, remove the mixture from the heat and set it aside. The cleaned fish fillets are salted. Place them in a greased baking pan.
Drizzle them with the prepared tomato sauce. Season with salt and bake the dish in an oven preheated to 360°F (180°C).
It will take about 40 minutes to bake well. When serving, it can be served with fresh parsley.
