Sprinkle the hake fish fillets with salt. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them.
In another bowl, mix the corn flour with the black pepper.
Dip each fillet in the corn flour first, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Press lightly, so that the breadcrumbs stick well.
Put them in the fridge for about 30 minutes, so that the breading can set.
Put baking paper in a tray and drizzle it with oil.
Arrange the fillets side by side on top and place them in the oven.
Bake, until the breaded fish acquires a golden color.
