How to make
Bone the fillet and season with salt lightly.
Press the garlic and mix the olive oil, mustard, honey, lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
Stir to a homogeneous consistency and brush the fillet with the marinade abundantly. Lay the fillet into a greased baking tray, skin down.
Blend the almonds, bread and parsley.
Distribute the mix on top of the salmon evenly, and press with the back of a spoon to achieve a nice crust.
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200 degrees) and bake the salmon fillet for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
If the fillet is whole it might take a little longer to cook.
Serve this delicious Baked Salmon warm, with a glass of chilled white wine.
